                    - Coriander ................................................ .............. 1 scoop 
                    - Turmeric ................................................ .................... 1 knuckles 
                    - Galangal ................................................ ............... 1 knuckles 
                     - Serai ................................................ ....................... 1 rod
                    - Brown Sugar ............................................... ............. 1 scoop

How To Cook: 
     1. Wash the chicken pieces we purchased and cut into tiny little pieces, mashed that we have prepared earlier. 
2. Boil chicken pieces before and after the meat marinade seasoning mix feels soft lift and move the chicken to the pan which already contain the hot cooking oil,fried the chicken until it looks dry.
