Zwieback ( Kue Kering )


Ingredients:

- 2 kg wheat flour

- 2 kg of starch

- 15 cups powdered sugar

- 14 eggs Java

- 7 eggs cone

- Butter 1/4 kg

- Fanili

- Santan 13 eggshell (depending lot of eggs)

 

How to make:

1. Egg white whipped until then enter the flour, sugar and fanili.

2. After wrapping enter the milk and butter.

3. After the average mix of flour and starch

4. Stir and knead until it can be formed and then the new pan

   note: flour should be steamed first
