Chop Suey ( Cap Cay )
Ingredients:
- Cabbage leaves .......................................... 3 pieces
- Carrots ............................................. 2 pieces
- Mustard greens ........................................ 1 stalk
- Cauliflower ........................................ 2 1/2 ounces
- Meatballs ............................................. 3 pieces
- Chicken (thigh) .................................. 1 piece
- Soy sauce 3 tablespoons ......................................- .......................................... 1 tablespoon butter
- Flour ............................... 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- Chicken broth, pepper, salt to taste ..................
How to cook:
1. Carrots peeled and sliced oblique. Cabbage, cauliflower, cabbage leaves washed and chopped.
2. Meatballs thinly - sliced. Braised chicken thighs, once cooked meat disuir.
3. The butter is heated, suiran meat, sliced meatballs, carrots, cabbage, collards, cauliflower, along with pepper, salt to taste incorporated, stir well. Put chicken broth, soy sauce added.
