beefsteak meat ( Bistik Daging )





ingredients:

- Minced Meat .................................... 250 grams

- Fresh bread (sliced and marinated) ........... 2 pieces

- Onions .................................. 1 piece

- Chicken eggs ........................................... 2 eggs

- Margarine .............................................. 50 grams

- Maggi block .......................................... 1/2 fruit

- Salt ................................................ . taste

- Pala ................................................ ..... taste

- Pepper ................................................ . taste

How to cook:

1. Blenderlah minced meat together with bread until smooth.

2. Add salt, pepper, nutmeg, onion and eggs, mix well.

3. Shape into a flat round 5 equal parts.

4. Once brown give the water a little, if you want to fry.

5. Cook until sauce is thick and add maggi block, pepper and nutmeg.
